I have been trying to figure this out for a while... I can't seem to have an option in profile settings to change my name

I believe it is not possible to name change on forums unless there is a security issue.

I wanted to ask the same question about name change because, as you can see, its just numbers!! When I registered to warpportal I dont know why, but I got assigned these numbers and it makes me quite angry. I already submitted a ticket, but no response yet.

Which department did you send the ticket to?

A response is not immediate so you will have to be patient. On some occasions you may get a response within hours but the average waiting time is 3 days.

Please keep checking your ticket progress through a verified support account.

 

If you don't have a support account I would strongly recommend creating one now, refer to this thread for creation steps and other details about the support system.
