Hello!

 

Warpportal will be moving hardware around in Mid-November, and during this time we are expecting to be down for up to 48 hours (but hopefully less!)

 

Here is the schedule:

 

Thursday, November 12

• Billing maintenance from 3-5pm PST: This will take down logins and payment during this period, but the games will not go down. This means players that are logged in before the maintenance will remain logged in, but they won't be able to make payments or login during this period.

 

Sunday, November 15

• At 3pm PST, all of our games will be shutting down so that the hardware move can begin.
• We are expecting to be back up by Tuesday morning PST. If this changes, we'll make announcements.

 

Notes:

• We are talking with Gravity about extending the Dapara EXP event, plus some other possible events we can run starting next week when we're able to have a maintenance.

 

We now do not expect to be back up until Tuesday morning, so we've moved next week's maintenance to Wednesday at 18:00.

That is a very good question!   And I have an answer.  

 

If you had bought VIP, we will be compensating any time lost during the down time.   I hope this helps!

Hello everyone, 

 

We have an update on the expected down time.  As it stands we will be going down at 3:00 PM PST Sunday, November 15th, 2015.   While we hope for the best we are expected to be back up and running by Monday morning, however at worst we maybe down till Tuesday Morning.

Extend Dapara EXP Boost Week if possible.

And extension for Dapara week would be nice. 

If they do MT on the weekend, the players will miss out on the x5 EXP boost from Dapara week.

MT will be minimum 48hrs, which would probably extend to 60hrs if they run in complications. 

Some players have classes or professional career, so x5 EXP might be limited to Sunday(s).

For those using my status page, Patch and Login are reported as expected reliably but the Odin status reporting may be unreliable if the IP address changes.

So Login is the actual status you want to look at for the time being.
