Hello. have a question... ALL bonus of this armor (woe plate) is for WOE&PVP ?  ,  MAXhP + 25%  dont work in other place????   if i put a peco peco card ,  have 35% maxHP for woe  and 10% Maxhp for the rest of time ?

PLs can help me with this DUDE?

35% in WoE if compounded with Peco Peco card (or PVP).

And 10% outside.
