Erde is the best 1h weapon '--'  (if you are willing to ea5/5 it)

erde is the best for survivability because you can use a shield and the extra 50sp adds to db damage

 

but for dps, tgl+9 is best

its +10% healing from items

w/o mentioning the +HP/SP% mods. from your other EQ parts, you would need 625 HP to equal the +50SP from Erde. Better potion recovery is -_-ing awesome too!
