I believe buffs that were active and missing should have been restored already (maybe not). But there's a number of characters that didn't wait for a fix and applied new buffs immediately, so those wouldn't be possible to restore, and they'd have to look for a solution for those cases.

 

Well for me i have 10+ accounts with full buffs and VIP's, norns and midgards and until now its not restored yet, Before merging Njoror says that it wont be removed so i think we need some official explanation about this. And yet until now there is none? Some people can't wait because they have all extra VIP's came from event. How about KP users like us? and until now were just left hanging without notice. justice please?

首先,我先為我書寫中文道歉,因為如果不用中文,我怕我無法正確的表達我的憤怒,

所以請遊戲管理者找個公司裡懂中文的來翻譯給你們了解,感謝

 

芙蕾亞合併到奥丁,從一開始就是在極為不公平的條件下轉移,

遊戲管理者只在乎奧丁的玩家,芙蕾亞的人反正不多,有也好,沒有也好,

雖然說芙蕾亞的貨幣真的是比值很高,但是也不完全是高到有50倍那麼的多,

也許,有錢的人很多,但是我相信沒有錢的人更多....

 

奥丁有比起芙蕾亞更多的資源,他們有不定時的活動,

GM會"合法"的送玩家一些非常高素質的盧恩等等,

反觀之芙蕾亞,真的是貧乏的可憐...

我玩這個遊戲二年多了...

我愛這個遊戲,我每天花超過10個小時在線上,

雖然,你們無恥的剝奪了我努力賺來的錢,

但是,我相信,我能很快的再賺回來...

所以,我還是每天努力的打副本,打材料..

 

合併當天,我們就發現VVIP和所有的BUFF都不見了,(包括女神保祐和米德加爾)

論壇上的人也說GM知道了這件事,會想辦法處理,

但是,我今天居然看到叫我們自己要寫票卷去跟GM反應,

我無法理解為什麼會有這件事的發生,

不能維持我們的VVIP和所有的BUFF是遊戲公司的問題,

你們也很清楚和明白這個事實的存在,

為何還要玩家一一的去回報,

如果沒有在看論壇的人,是要白白的損失嗎?

為什麼遊戲公司對於自己所犯的錯誤能這麼輕描淡寫的去處理,

VIP不見,是玩家的錯嗎?玩家不該買VIP和BUFF..

這樣就不會有不見的問題了,是嗎?

我真的不知道該如何來表達我的憤怒,

各種的不平等,各種的不受尊重,

奥丁的人可以正大光明的洗頻,芙蕾亞的人不行,

英文可以亂洗一通,中文不行,

這是什麼道理...

 

 

為了奥丁,犠牲芙蕾亞無所謂,那又何並合併....

別把自己遊戲公司無法解決問題的錯,加在玩家的身上

 

別以為你們很大....我告訴你....老娘不玩最大...

澳丁玩家自己玩吧!!

我們累了!!!

這只是遊戲而已!!不需要到這種地步!!換個遊戲也是遊戲!!

或許你們也可以不必為了翻譯遊戲中文化而在感到困擾!!

遊戲管理員你想挺哪邊是你們的自由!!

反正弗雷雅就永遠只是二等公民!!

把所有的國家集中到二服!!

然後繼續損失玩家!!在合併到一服!!

再繼續損失玩家!!最後也只剩下澳丁的玩家!!

活動永遠都只是論壇沒什麼人想參加的活動!!

We have been made aware of many of the issues listed and are working to find a resolution as soon as possible.   If you had VIP time that has suddenly gone missing, we implore you to please submit a petition to WarpPortal Support so that the account can be investigated.

I am unable to access my Freyja characters, "Cancel Select" button does nothing. I am stuck with my currently selected 10 characters.

I can confirm that I received back my vip, midgard and norn buff. Submitted ticket several hours after server up.

 

As for another char, which I only use midgard and didn't submit any ticket for that, nothing received.

It will be 6pm again. Fixed times don't get shuffled with clock changes.

Umm no, maintenance is not at 5pm.  It will be at 6pm server time as always.

can developer increase item loot time, like 10 minute? because player die too frequent fighting jawaii boss, when spinel is cd, we need 10 minute to wait another spinel. Hope we still able to loot item (maybe dna drop) after resurrection.

It's good if Spinel cool down time reduce from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.  :rice:

Hello Midgardians,

 

 

We understand that there has been some confusion in regards to the server merge issues, and I want to take some time to address this matter.   

 

First I would like to say, that we have been hearing that players are misconstruing the use of the tickets system as something to be a negative.   Please allow me to clarify that it is not at all a bad thing.  No one is placing blame on the players.  The ticket system is a device used for the benefit of the players. 

 

In order to accurately track all issues relating with the game, we ask that players create tickets. Through tickets we are able to respond to your specific issue, track larger issues that might require a patch fix or other action, and are able to reference back to known or resolved issues in the future.  We merely need players to write in, because each player is different and requires the attention of a GM to properly investigate and restore items, buffs, or VIP time that may be missing.

 

In regards to Zeny, unfortunately that was something that was necessary as the two different economies were vastly different.  Much like one would have to utilize exchange rates in the real world, we had to essentially do an exchange rate in the in-game world.  While the market may look rather strangled right now, it is only because there is a boom as everyone is excited to have new players on the server.  Generally, things even out after a month.

 

That being said we are looking into events that everyone can take part in that will assist in helping to get acclimated to the world.  We look at all of our players equally and would love to see a fun and ever growing world that is all inclusive.

การสร้างและส่งตั๋วticket จากผู้เล่นจะช่วยให้ GM และทีมบริการเราดูแลทุกท่านใด้อย่างดีและติดต่อใด้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ  เมื่อใด้รับตั๋วแล้ว ทางเราจะสามารถตรวจสอบและแก้ปัญหาได้ถูกจุด ส่วนกรณีปัญหามีมากกว่าเกินคาดที่ผู้เล่นหลายท่านเจอ เราจะดำเนินการแก้ patch fix และติดตามต่อไปคะ

 

ทางเราขอให้ผู้เล่นทุกท่านสอบถ้ามปัญหาที่เจออย่างเช่น รายการไอเทม, buff, หรือเวลาของ VIP ขาดหายไป ทางเรายินดีสอบสืบสวนเพื่อท่านเสมอคะ

 

ในส่วนเงิน Zeny เศรษฐกิจของทั่งสองโลกต่างกันมาก เราจำเป็นที่ต้องมีอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินโลกในเกม  ให้เหมื่อนกับโลกในชีวิตจริงของเรา

關於zeny,因爲奧丁的經濟和芙雷亞的不同我們得調節。你去別的國的時候,你得換錢。芙雷亞的玩家的情況一樣的。芙雷亞玩家zeny的調節好比兌換率。現在市場可能看起來膨脹,可是大概一月以前的時候會回復。

That all sounds very nice when the person who says or not is not part of the game, since a charge may well be exceptions, may not be anything negative but your ticket system is always the same time invest in play spend pleasant moments, meet people and others but when something bad happens and you have nothing to do with it ?, If you want to try to say if they want to help but do that because the opposite ?, all this partly as a result of negligence that you had arrived thailand players with exorbitant amounts of zenny and you did? we had to do we played in freyja adapt, but you are always thinking about helping you? then to reports lost several players and friends (7 to be exact) that were never given the solution to their problems, but again you are always thinking about helping, we go now to the massive event bots doubloons were incalculable bots that they saw some more brazen than others I think that I was the only one there will be reported to more than twenty, but he thought of something for that? or just waiting players to create a ticket ?, think that to end it seems that the way that we think help always say okay? simepre that problems arise know that you only think about helping enough words to show us facts.
I have nothing against anybody, I like the game and I hope to take this as constructive criticis
