Not possible. The client "sees" no need to create rest exp when the current max level is reached.

If you're at 99.00% you'll generate 1.00% resting experience before it stops giving it to you. I learned that with my 99.48% dilemma.Ahh I see. I'll just die once then

Btw just wanted to request, is it possible to make Hair dyes and Hairstyles stackable? B/c they kinda taking a lot of space just like the old balloons

That is sadly not possible with this kind of items.
