as the title says i tried to do it but when i did the warp portal virtual gift card i filled up d necessary info and got an error after submitting, i checked my WP merchandise i have the invoice number, did it go thru or not?

coz ive checked my email lots of times and i didn't get anything from warp portal.

Is there any other way 2 get d code since the email was optional(i did put it in just to clarify)??

yes that option.. i dont remember the exact error message anymore.. all i remember is the line "account is logged in" which doesnt make much sense >.< i just sorta freaked out and closed the tab immediately>.<

If your WPE was deducted and no code was provided then submit a support ticket to the payment support department providing the invoice number. If your WPE is intact then I doubt the process was completed so give it another go using a different web browser.

 

The WPE gift code and the transaction details are automatically sent to your registered email of the WP account, so look through your email spam/junk folder just in case.

 

When sending a support ticket make sure it is done from a verified support account.

Thanks for the reply, I sent a ticket last 10/29/15 (when it happened) with the invoice# included hopefully i get a message about it by next week..i got the auto-reply message so mt ticket did go thru, now I'm not sure to get VIP until this gets resolved..

Sometimes response notifications are not sent properly to the registered email, so make sure to check the progress of a ticket through your support account.
