So I'm trying to change jobs into an alchemist and I'm looking on the wiki, and all these items are extremely rare and most aren't even available in the player market. I was wondering if any experienced players could help me with these items?

I probably should have mentioned I'm on Thor, all those chemicals with the weird names like detrimindexta and karvonihol arent even being sold, if i could get an illusion flower apparently i can just skip to the end of the quest but this is my first character and I'm nowhere near affording them and the monsters that drop them are much higher than my character.

Buy an Illusion Flower and skip all the BS test

 

To get Illusion Flower, check ragial or use WOE investment http://irowiki.org/w...vestment_System

You can hunt Karvo at spore map ( from Geffen, go north and the turn right), it's really quick using cart revolution. As for detrimin, you can hunt hydra it's slow but safe (right comodo town)

If there's anyone doing investment, just hang out there and ask for one. They're hardly worth anything and people often just end up dropping them along with a few other items.

Just use an Illusion Flower, that is the easiest way for the quest.

Did I mention this is my first character ever? I'm not in a guild and I can't make heads or tails of this investing system. I don't even know where guild realms are or if I can even enter them. The monsters that drop it are about 30 levels higher than me I'm guessing you were being facetious?

I can try to buy one but they're 3,000,000 zenny on my server and I have about 20,000 zenny over the lifetime of my merchant, and that's subtracting the cost of meat and teleports.

Is there anything farmable that can get me to 3,000,000 zenny realistically? I still don't understand why you told me to farm monsters 30 levels above me...

Like I really don't know if you guys are messing with me like the stuff you're telling me to hunt it says it drops like .06% of the time or the monsters are 30 levels above me and I'm still just a merchant, like you said hunt hydra but it drops .2% of the time so I would have to kill roughly 500 of them so when I'm told to farm that item I can't tell if you're being passive aggressive or if that's really what it takes to job change.

I don't know if this will be helpful, but you only need detrimindexta or karvodailnirol. You don't need both, and you also don't need alcohol.

Bellezza I messaged you. So far I've raised 1M zenny farming and selling drops, but only one person on the whole server has iilusion flowers and looking at the price history they're charging about 5x as much as they used to go far. If anyone has an illusion flower I'd gladly pay a million for it, wish I could open a buy shop but the game is kind of backwards about it. Really just want to job change and experience my new class

Congrats! There are guides on how to make zeny in-game. You might want to check them out for future needs~
