Hello, I have question a bout what gear set up would it take to get 40k crits and max aspd ranger? I heard the main piece is Lord Knight card ? Aunoe or Drosera card in weapon? Thanks for your time ^_^ !

• Lord Knight Card (doubles damage, pretty much gets you 30k DPS with self buffs (no limits included) on a low DEF mob
• +12 or higher White Drooping Eddga
• Temp Luk Boots with Hawk Eye
• Elven Bow + Elven Arrows
• Stacking CRIT and CRIT damage

Would a high upgrade Bxb and x2 Aunoe or Drosera card be better? Thanks for the quick response!!

Aunoe as it adds 20% crit damage instead of just crit.

you dont need LK MVP card to do 30k O_o but it would depend on MVP DEF

True, but he wants 40k+, and LK card immediately gets you around 30k damage with self buffs (no limits included) on low DEF mobs.

You would need a lot of + CRIT damage though @_@, naturally CRIT is 40% more damage... just how much CRIT damage can one stack without compromising too much?

 

I mean assuming it adds, you could...

 

Use a Big Crossbow for 2x Aunoe Cards for 40%

or an Elven Bow for 1x Aunoe Cards for 20% and a 50% boost in ranged damage.

 

FAW can get a maximum for 26% more critical damage.

 

Temporal Luck Boots can give 30% more critical damage IF you happened to have 120 base LUK with 2% more per 3 refine levels.

 

What kind of stat build would be applicable here to assume you could get 60,000 damage with CRIT damage boost, no limits and converters?

The same amount as a gx. The gears are basically the same except for the armor/weapon/boots enchant(can be either ea4 or ad4, and either HE or LD). So i'd say, 94% crit dmg

I see I see, I mean my answer was assuming he wanted a steady 40k+ CRIT, as opposed to a situational figure.

If there were none, I would be surprised, truthfully I like the concept of self buffs only since it doesn't force you to rely on other classes or consumables just to hit a certain tier of damage.

 

But Ash n co do seem to pull decent figures off with pretty good gears, just a case of knowing the situations.

And I need to remember that my thought process of damage comes from the mindset of a Hybrid Warger/AS Ranger.

 

So figures of 40~60k arrow damage are out of reach for me, but it still comes with perks.

It all depends honestly. My Ranger's aspd build was a hybrid one.

Aunoe is definitely better than AK 'cause ranger's weapon atk is low, and if you have mild wind, your status atk will boost a lot with aunoe. By the way, the sharp3/ea1 bxb is so rare and deserves thanatos. If you really want crit/aspd/warg build, elven has the highest CP value. If you can reach 193 easily, gigantic bow is also a good choice.
