Recently, when the Aura's Servers down. I log-into pegasus with my aritisan & and I used my Free stat & skill reset from IM(old players) then when aura's servers up. My free Stat & skill reset was gone.. Help me Please.. this must not happen since pegasus is a test server.. I'm reserving that stat& skill reset long time ago.. why is it It was gone?

The free stats/Skill resets have been granted to everyone after the last changes in regards to skills and stats.
They only exist for 24 hours after login.
So if u have logged in on the live servers the countdown for the free reset has already started and would end 24 hours later.
The same thing counts for the pegasus server.
Or are you talking about a other free reset that I'm not aware off at this point?

Pegasus and the live server are completely different.
There is no way for you to affect your live server characters, by doing something on the test server.
