I think PVE is sort like obsessive compulsive disorder. I can't fathom why someone would keep banging on the same boss, I'm assuming daily, for twenty-some days, knowing full well there likely won't be any drop because there wasn't one the day before.

Currently, yes, Vox does not drop anything. Maybe after the Halloween event is over, this will change. We can only hope

It drops now and it also gives 200 honor points (updated wiki too).

Voxyon drops now and gives also 200 honors, done it yesterday.
