Does this effect proc only for normal attacks (like autocasts) or skills as well (like status effects)?

When CTRL + Clicking and Doing Physical Skills = when dealing physical damage

Yeah Somehow

 

when normal attacking, it procs,

when auto cast physical skill from gears, it procs,

when using physical skill, it procs.

when using Provoke, it procs rarely.

It procs on physical skills and normals,idk about rest, it procs alot when mobbing with Bowling bash
