Problem with WPE (Paganet Method)

Hey guys! I've a problem about my WPE ... My vip has ended on Thursday of last week and how prices would increase, I decided to buy Monday (11/02/2015)  24 BRLs (1500WPE) by paganet (Billet), which generally receive into the following morning, but until today, Friday (11/06/2015), I still not received my WPE . I think there are a problem occurred due the maintenance of MercadoPago and Paganet prices. I even sent ticket on Wednesday, but there is no answer as well. I'm disappointed with Warpportal services because I didn't get any answer in tickets (untill now).

The same happend to me :( i already send the tiket, bunt i dont want to lose money :x plz fix it if is possible :/
