My item got deleted and I tried to log in and out many times and it is just gone, good thing I managed to make a video of the bug but support ticket sending can't  upload a 35mb 3gp video, so I am hoping that it will work here, is there an option where I can post a video?

You can post a video by uploading in onto YouTube and linking it here in the forums

and also copy and pasting your forum topic to the ticket as evidence

I am sorry to hear you are having items disappearing. As LeviRD did mention above you can upload the video to youtube since the video cannot be attached to a Support Ticket directly. After you have done this simply add the link to the video on the support ticket so that we may view it. You do not have to post it on the forum.
