Like I said before, I have a problem to buy WPE energy too, I bought 9k WPE in the last week with bank billet (around 150 BRL), on tuesday, before change the price value, and I did not get anything until today. I send a ticket on saturday but I get no answer too. I want someone to do anything to I get my WPE or at least a answer I spend too much, so I dont want lose it all. Please, I need help with this.

Make sure to check the progress of the ticket from your support account, the staff might have responded already.

If there is no GM response till now then private message me your ticket number.

 

There is a planned billing maintenance coming up, hopefully we see this issue addressed.
