Hey I couldn't get an accurate answer in game so I'm gonna ask here. I don't really know how to describe it though.

To make windmill hit at a very fast rate, you know instead of hit... hit... hit... hit, I want it to go hit hit hit hit, what do I add? movespeed or attack speed or cast speed idk. Lol do you get my question? :s

 

I want to make windmill have a very high speed/hit rate so enemies get stuck in it and have a harder time escaping from it. <<< hope this is a better description of what Im trying to ask.

I beliave faster hit rate is caused by a bug and using it is considered an abuse. Im not sure though.

i dont think its a bug... And i dont understand what you mean by its an abuse. Its a stat that speeds it up just im not sure is it attack speed or move speed or cast

Movement speed increases the speed that the character moves, not the rate of attacks.
I don't think that attack speed will change the duration of a skill, either.
Casting speed affects cast times, not skill durations.

Ye no stat does anything to it, you could try atk speed but doubt it works.

The answer is movement speed. It allows to u move faster whilst in windmill mode to thus make it seem as though ur hit rate has increased.
