Hey guys i just download ragnarok online and when i try to get the patcher working it waits a minute then says "Failed to connect to patch server".
I have my firewall set so where ragnarok can be a exception.
I have no idea what to do, help would be great so i can go play.

Well the patch server is up. You arent using a old modified client right? (private servers use them)

I just donwloaded the client from the website,and I plan to play on valkerie.

Alright sounds like some firewall issue. Maybe the router is blocking it for some reason if you are using one?

No, im not using a router, just a dsl modem, But I do have ragnarok as a exception on the firewall settings, also i have tryed patching with the firewall off.

If anyone can help that would be great, i wanna play ASAP T_T

Try a few times, sometimes it randomly fails.

Also make sure you can access RO website in IE (not some other better web browser, IE must be able to get to ro website for patcher to work, if it can't, fix it so it can).

That must be the problem because I use Google chrome, and my IE wont load up for some reason
