It's kind of interesting when a secret has been discovered. I have no idea if it's intended.

But you altered the XML file, there is no other way of having vietnamese texts. Altering the client in any way is not allowed.

 

Edit: Also please note that you will lose support in case of problems when using altered client files.

As for 1, tested what? A localized version? Who gave it to you for testing? There is no localized version for testing.

SoulSight, to make it clear now:

 

Altering client files is not allowed. You break a rule with it. Everyone using a game with altered files loses support.

Also altering the client must have been done with a tool which you aren't even allowed to have.

 

There is no need to discuss about who knows English or not. We only support the game client in english and there is no official localized version, so it has been illegally altered. End of discussion.

That may be your main point, but my main point is that you posted pictures of an altered client/altered client files.

The point is still that this is not allowed and since it was shown very clear on the pictures it was the right situation to make clear that you're not allowed to alter the client - especially not with the tool you shouldn't even own - no matter if not everyone speaks english or if this is the last official server. No one besides the development team has the right to alter the client.
