I type my ID and my password correct but then it says:
Failed to log in to the server.
Is there a server bug or the problem is in my comp?

Which server are you trying to connect to?
Right now all of iRO1 servers are online unless you are having this issue with another game.

I downloaded the game from the original warportal site...its not another game

Your game client might not be properly patched, try to reinstall in a new location but not under C:/Program Files then run the proper executable as administrator:
- For Renewal servers (Chaos or Thor) run Ragnarok.exe.
- For Classic (Loki) run ClassicRO.exe.
