I have already created several tickets because my character cannot job change to hunter. (I have done this several times before so I know what i'm doing with the quest)

After I created a ticket, a rep will reply to my email and asked a few question.

I created a new ticket in response. But I got a reply to this new ticket that I need top reply back to the 1st email that was sent to me.

So I replied back to the 1st ticket, no response yet, but now ticket has been closed.

So how do we send a follow up response to an open ticket?

I have already created several tickets about this and can't get any resolution.

This has been going on for several weeks now. Getting impatient now...

you need to create a support account first, and then raise the ticket. otherwise you cannot reply. correspondence on a ticket isn't done via email.

Yes, both are separate accounts (but they can share the same email). You need to create one at the support page and tie it down to an email. As Necrohealic mentioned, this is the only way to carry on a conversation with the staff if an issue is unresolved. Remember that your email account only receives a copy of the ticket (and its contents).

Most if not all replies from the support staff will have the following mentioned at the end of their message.

This means I'm logged in when I'm creating a ticket, right?

If it is, I'm always logged when creating a ticket. I don't know what am I doing wrong!

It doesn't even give me an option to view the existing ticket I have been creating.

From Preferences under Logout find the option to verify the support account, the verification instructions will be sent to your registered email.

Once the support account is verified you will be able to see View Tickets option.
