What browser are you using? Everything works fine for me.

did you try turning it off, and back on again? (clear your cache)

The icons work fine for me too. As suggested, try clearing your cache or try a different browser.

It most likely has todo with the security settings/plugins of your browser, mentioned icons are usually used to track users across the web - in order to prevent that you browser/plugin steps in and prevents loading that icon.
Thus it's a good thing, more privacy on cost of a few icons
(feel free to correct me if i'm wrong)
here is the code for it:
<li style='margin:0px;'><a href='https://twitter.com/warpportal' title='Warpportal's Twitter' target=blank><img src='http://blog.gravityus.com/oda_blog/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/twitter-button.png' alt='twitter' /></a></li>
TBH, I am not entirely sure, but I think you are wrong, it doesn't appear to be needing to load any other sketchy stuff in order to pull up those images, they're straight img sourced,
Although this part has me confused.
<ul class='ipsList_inline right' style='margin-top: 1px; margin-right: 50px;'>
The issue I am suspecting, is a client side issue....
But truthfully, I don't know much at all about computers or websites

you are right - wrong guess, didn't take the time to check out the source (removed the wrong information).
maybe they got problems with a dns? acessing the icon from blog.warpportal.com/oda..... works fine.
one thing for sure, it isn't browser-related, i can't even wget the icon.

I was having slow loading time issues myself, oddly enough a web-browser cache clear did clear things up. Usually those sorts of issues are server side. Anyone experiencing these issues, I suggest trying that fix, post results.
I hold no liability if the instructions are unclear, and you accidentally build a shelf.
(On a side note, I really do wish that they got rid of all Java code, everyone, everywhere...)
