Platinum Alter is not working together with heat barrel

 

On kRO,its possible to use both at the same time (someone said it to me,not 100% sure)

here are some thing i have found 

1) heat barrel (no hit barrel) should work with platinum alter . the only thing i have read in kro sites is that this skills cant work with last stand (due to its op nature)

2) rich´s coin doesnt make sound when casted 

3) is it possible to get the normal spheres (the yellow ones)why is this? coins cannot be absorbed by suras , but the new ones can, so thats a disadvantage.

4) fire rain is suppose to cancel magnetic earth or ground based skills but this feature doenst work 

5) fallen angel is not coordinated with the skill sprite , the sprite comes with alot of delay 

6) blind trap even with the max lvl still work with the time of lvl 1 

7) i dont know about eny kind of gear (no weapons) for rebel class , no armor ? nothing ..

8) the doble hit works but doest show the damage in pvp 

9) the gatling gun sprite is not the right one , (shows the rifle sprite)

NEW ONES:

10) fallen angel doesnt work on pvp

11) i cant see the skill description

12) platinum alter (no platinum altar) does not increase the dmg as it should 

13) seriously? no armor for rebel?! ..even kagerou/oboro have 

14) i payed more attention to the class , and there are no job bonuses (stats) there are some initials but i think they correspond to the gunslinger job , 

 

 

i may be wrong in one or more , i use kro oficial server as a reference 

oh and the temporal boots for the rebel/kage/oboro please!!

what changes I would make:

the "Coins" that Rebellions get shouldn't be Spirit Spheres, but actual Coins that Gunslingers get.
Shotguns SHOULD have the same sprites as before, with all Shotguns with Splash Damage.
Ensure that the new ammo types can be made into Cartrages / Sphere Packs.
and for dang sake make it so that you DON'T have to have lv1 Disarm to learn Shattering Storm, at least lv10 Crowd Control Shot would do better, makes more sense.

I found something like this,

 

1) Heat barrel only increases slightly damage when attacking with skills

 

- Fire Rain ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max ) : 113k to poring

- Fire Rain ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max, Heat Barrel ) : 115k to poring

- Fire Rain ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max, Heat Barrel, +20 Foods ) : 136k to poring

 

- Round Trip ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max ) : 43k to poring, AoE seems like 9x9 instead of 13x13

- Round Trip ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max, Heat Barrel ) : 46k to poring

- Round Trip ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max, Heat Barrel, +20 Foods ) : 54k to poring

 

Heat barrel with auto attack

- Auto Attack ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max ) : 2-2.5k, with double attack procs 5k

- Auto Attack ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max, Heat Barrel ) : 6-7.3k, with double attack procs 14k

- Auto Attack ( Gatling fever on, Eternal Chain on, Rich's coins on max, Heat Barrel, Fury ) : 13-15.3k, with double attack procs 29-31k

 

I want to test Quick Draw Shot, but it's impossible to test on poring  :heh:  :heh:

So i made a new rebel but with different stats for testing shotgun, grenade and rifle,

 

Platinum Altar adds skill damage significantly but only add slightly to auto attack ( opposite of Heat barrel ? ),

make sure to use Holy attribute bullet, and use Rich's coins on max before cast it

 

So far,

- Anti Material Blast : neutral resist -50%,it hits like 188-200k on poring ( i cant test that -50% because poring is already dead ;D )

- Slug Shot : 457k , not sure if it has cooldown or delay ? it's like 2 secs and you can use it again ( need retest )

- Hammer of God, has terrible slow cast ( fixed ? ), 'not so good' cooldown, 369k

Looks like it's fixed cast,

Fire Rain is forced neutral for some reason,its not like that on kRO ,as far as i know.

 

Mass Spiral is not increasing damage based on the enemy defense and for some weird reason SS card is increasing Mass Spiral damage . (tested with thanatos,no thanatos and SS,all of 3 doing different damage

 

@edit

 

STR is not increasing 1 ATK per STR, i tried it with +20 food.(gave me 4 atk)

STR is not increasing 1 ATK per STR, i tried it with +20 food.(gave me 4 atk)

Unless Rebellion uses melee weapons, that sounds right I think?

This would be a good method to test the Quick Draw Shot & Anti Material Blast's neutral resist -50%.

 

Unless someone willing to be the target practice in PVP.

Done testing in PvP ( thanks for the fun  :p_laugh:  )

 

Target is well equipped Sura with MS

 

- Dragon Tail : 9k

- Slug Shot : 14k

- Anti Material Blast : 7k and if neutral -50% active, hitting like 14k ( chance like 40-50% )

- Vanishing Buster : 6k AoE and dispell chance is pretty high, so far is able to dispell Sura MS and his buffs ( 10 times trying got 10 times dispell )

- Shatter Storm : 4k randomly divest equipment with high chance ( not yet testing with FCP on )

- Hammer of God : 13k

 

Note this is Sura with Mental Strength on, 

 

Test on other Rebel :

- Slug Shot  270k

- Anti Material Blast : 98k ( cant test for neutral -50%  )

someone said to me, HoG hits 90k on RG with defending aura on

 

I think not OP, aside from pretty high damage, some spammy AoEs, ability to AoE dispell and divest, 1 buff for insta 193 aspd + auto attack damage x3,

they had meh Fixed Cast, Cooldown, 'Omg so slow cast-skill', Weapon-based skills, and low hp  :heh:  :heh: :heh:

no survival skill at all, Kill or Getting Killed ? , i guess it's like

Is the Racial and Ranged resistance works vs Rebel attacks? It looks like your reports saying that it it bugged vs Rebel Attacks.

Im not sure about HoG, probably it ignores anything, need to retest it, but the one i had on MS Sura, i think it works,

 

 - Slug Shot on normal well equipped Sura 160k, normal Rebel 260-270k, MS Sura 12-14k

 

however these 2 skills have slow Fixed Cast, not even Fenrir able to help it, dont know about Sacra, Strings

 

Im using Glorious +14 ( not using new weapons )

is there a stat/skill rest npc on sakray? Since the Skill descriptions were not put in it's kinda hard to know what gunslinger skills are needed for Rebel skills without looking back and forth between the two skill trees while putting points in.

You should test damage vs Demihuman resistance and it`s absence with equal Def and Vit.

I dont think u did the right tests.

 

I have been testing for hours with a lot of people.

 

HoG cant hurt a well geared Sorcerer(+12 KVM SET,+12 Thara Immune shield,+12 abyss helm,energy coat with 6000 SP)i did 23k damage and for some reason it is FORCED NEUTRAL(Someone need to check if is indeed to be like that)

 

Shatter Storm cant even break a single gear(against a LVL 175),even if the enemy has 1 AGI,worked just 1 time in 10 attempts.

 

VB can bypass GTB.

 

My Slug shot using the new weapons was able to hit on my well geared sorcerer,about 50~70k (without Anti Material Blast and +14 KVM,i dont like to tests skills using +14 gears). Anyway is not worth to use KVM for Slug Shot if u trying to kill in long range >:

 

Dragon Tail is 100% variable while Shatter Storm,VB,Slug Shot has 2~3 seconds fixed cast time,and HoG about 5 seconds.

About ''OP'',Rebel is not OP,u need at least,knowledge about PVP/WoE and the new Skills have the STUPID fixed cast time,of course u can kill on the PVP/WOE using a Rebel but its not easy.

 

I wish we could use Temporal Dex Boots,Sacra + Temporal Dex boots would be great for Shotgun/Rifle Build.

They Can't,it's already a pain to ask for Temporal Boots since Gravity don't want changes for Expanded Classes.

nah we did a lot tests before in pvp room, test your damage first at poring ;d if it's lower or higher than my screenshot ,

probably we have different stats and equipments, since no stat/skill reset , i've no idea what im doing  :heh:  :p_laugh:

 

yea Fixed Cast is really bad 

 

about Shatter Storm, i did test with 3 people around the target, all of them got divested  :wah:

im not sure about you but my first test was with Sura, you were Sorc. Could it be INT/DEX/AGI for the resist ?  :questionmark:

or it was because of my stats  :p_idea:

 

 

EDIT : Im done with testing, i will look forward from you guys !!  :p_hi:  :p_hi:

here bonus, 1 mil Slug Shot  :rice:
