I un-installed it then re-installed about 3 times, still the same

did you try turning it off, and then back on?

Apparently you're not receiving required files, server side issue that needs to be resolved.  I could send you the required files, but considering that is sketchy as hell, maybe best wait until the devs fix it. 


Before opening the game, do a 'check all' - post results.

The game is running just fine for me, through steam.

What are you all using to run the game? The normal launcher?

Same problem here.. It seems that the update deletes the RoseOnline.exe.
