I'm a VIP subscriber, i want to reset the timer of gramps TI but i accidentally choose the " get 3 day limited VIP".

Question if i can redeem back the magical stone.

Submit a ticket, explain your issue to the GM staff providing as much details as needed, hopefully they are able to give you satisfying support.
