Old charecter when lv.50 can up status  INT/AGI 41/41

 

But  New Charecter I can Up status  INT/AGI  37/37

 

I don't know why i can't up status 41/41  same Old charecter   when Lv.50

check your items you are wearing, it could be the stats on the items.
