Hello, i am back. This time i challenge myself to Bakonawa Instance using Shadow Chaser. The setup is similar to my Wanderer vs Bakonawa video.
The gears i used:
Head: Chick Hat - For Double Attack using bow
Mid: Pegasus Ear Wing - 3% ASPD
Low: CD in mouth
Body: Unfrozen Fire Armor - to resist meteor storm
Weapon: +4 Dragon Wing with Agi+9 enchant
Shield: -
Garment: +9 FAW ASPD 8%/ ASPD 8%/ ASPD+1 (Cenere Card) - for 44% +1 ASPD
Shoes: +7 Temp Agi Boots ASPD 10% Hawkeye - for 16% as well as 200 dex special enchant
Acc1: Glorious Ring
Acc2: Glorious Ring

costumes: Gold Dragon Helm
Shadow Gears: +4 welfare shadow set

Stats:
Level 160
Str: 50 + 17
agi: 110 + 23
Vit: 82 + 18
int: 50 + 12
dex: 120 + 14
luk: 40 + 20

Skill copied: raging trifecta blow

Pointers:
- Consumables used: pumpkins, wind arrow, fireproof potion, berserk potion, trans yellow candy
- i use Trans Yellow Candy to gain 2000% pumpkin healing effect for cheap healing. else, i will use about 300-400 aloe leaflets which is costy
- i forgot to use tikbalang pet for 10% extra damage to malaya bosses :|
- i dont know, i think raging trifecta blow kinda slowing my DPS. maybe i will try next time not using one (so only using double attack)

- i got bako spirit from treasure box. Yay

110 AGI for AGI TEMP BOOTS?

coz i dont need to have 120 agi to get 193 ASPD. even without extra +1 ASPD from 120 agi from agi boots i still can reach 193 ASPD. i can allocate that 10 points to something else

why not caster SC for bako?

coz i dont have zeny to make elvira RWC pendants, over upgraded bazerald (or FQL) and spamming a lot of SP items. while using bow, i just click pumpkin button for maximizing laziness factor.

Sorry, the temp agi desc was taken from my wanderer vs bakonawa vid, havent adjusted, so i edited it.

There's basically no difference between ranger, wanderers and shadow chasers. So... not sure what's the challenge.

well ranger is stronger than wanderer and sc bow auto combined but yea pretty much same thing attack and pot the dmg with some resist mixed in

SC should be stronger than performer due to double attack. ranger is the strongest due to fear breeze. the point is: bakonawa is almost soloable by everyone with not so expensive budget.

Sorry if this video doesnt help you with anything, i just want to help people who wants to do bako but still limited to what build and gears should they use and budget friendly.

Awesome video ! I thought shadow chasers weren't really that great at soloing these kinds of things but obviously they are capable. I'm most likely going to invest in these gears so I can use it on my future SC/Ranger/Maestro builds .

 

 

Also I'm curious about the "caster sc" for bako build? Is it a build that consists of relying on auto cast and high attack speed melee range? What skills would you copy for it?

Caster SC uses skills for Bako you would use chain lightning skill
