Enchants activating causes some skills to fail... Animation but no effect. Want to reproduce get on a Tempest and use a weapon with Cont HP recovery they cast your AOE. (LR/HL/GL) if it tics while casting it fails.
PB loses target lock. Even outta PB, you still lose target lock while fighting the same mob.. I.E. The Keeper.
Hey.... if not added please add to fix list.

yep. had this for long time on defiler. reported and they couldnt reproduce it. I thought my skills crit up enchant was proc'ing on tics of my previously cast AoEs even, maybe it was an instant cast and I just didn't notice. But yea they cancel skills and with PB its more unusual like you said.
