its not the optimum choice but you ask for non acc bounded: orleans glove + orleans server, sprint ring, expert ring

expert ring is cast delay, not cast time.

well op was looking for non-account bound slotted ones so unless they're rolling archer class it looks like orleans combo only one that fits the bill :u

Best non-acc bound would be orlean gloves with zerom card. Beel just too much expensive I think
