Hi. I didn't get my extra 10%.... Are there rules on it?

​I converted 10k and got 13.5k. 30% bonus from being over 5k, and 5% bonusfor first time.

You did get the 10%, normal conversion for 10k is 20%, so 12k + 5% first time conversion bonus = 12500 IM. You got 13.5k so the bonus is already applied.
