then i could see the fire box but the gears show up as placeholder

aspd is useless since we can get +3 aspd from +13 isabella red, it is carded too

 

it's atk component may be useful if you are already 193 aspd if you need more atk, and at +13 it gives +26 atk

 

variable cast at a proc rate is iffy at best, you want dependable reduction

 

conclusion: meh box for renewal, meh for classic as well, meh box overall , meh meh meh

reading from some pserver, the angeling proc rate is 0,2%*refine level. so at +13 it is 2,6% or 1 of 38 hits. assuming you are in 193 aspd which is 7 hit per sec, you can almost transform forever. if you have 191 aspd or 5,5 atk per second, in 7 seconds you will have 5 seconds active and 2 seconds drought.

which is exactly correct

 

the only benefit of +2 aspd is if you are 191, and at 191 you will have 2 seconds without it

 

for maximum dps you will be put down towards using alternative ways for 193 whilst using a +12 up drooping white eddga lol

 

also i reinforce the fact that WPH is pretty much jack of all trades and master of none, hence not for anyone serious, and more of just another hat to wear depending on your mood =)

remember, once you hit the 193 aspd proc state, you will maintain the transformation forever. so having 191 aspd is enough

As far as I could tell, the item showing as a placeholder is ACCESSORY_WHITEFLOWER ID #19541. The item can be worn and the sprite displays fine on a character.
