So, ever since the recent patch, each time I change zone servers, it's rolling back my plagiarised skill from Meteor Storm 5 to Meteor Storm 3.

On top of this, it's not letting me use Shadow Spell with Meteor Storm 3, either.

Please provide samples of the maps you are experiencing the roll back on and server name.

I travelled from YoYo PVP in Morroc where I re-learned Meteor Storm 5, I then bwinged to Prontera and travelled to Eden Group. I then went to Rachel and went north 1 map to the temple where I attempted to use Shadow Spell as I prepared my skills. It said there was no skill I could imitate, I then looked at my ETC tab, and saw it said Meteor Storm level 3, which was the last copied skill I had before I copied level 5.

I even cast it to make sure it was working, I could cast Meteor Storm as a standalone skill at level 3.

I taught myself the skill, and then logged out. When I logged back in, I didn't have any skill copied.

I taught it to myself one more time, and then logged out for the night out of frustration.

When tested equipping [Twin Edge of Naght Sieger-Red] will override learned skill from Intimidate which is Meteor Storm. Also note, Preserve wasn't successful in keeping the learned skill in this case. So when you used Shadow Spell the list was already empty.

I can't confirm it yet but it seems skills cast from weapons have a higher priority than the one copied by Intimidate and will always replace them. Of course taking off the weapon will completely remove the skill from the character's skill tree.

This is also true with Fireblend. You can run your own tests with other weapons too. As for now, I don't know if this is a bug or it has been discussed before. Will get this forwarded when possible for a checkup.

Yep, don't wear Twin Red Naght as it will override your copied skill like VModCinnamon stated......
