I tried downloading new RO server. At first I thought this issue is only caused by the server itself.
I tried downloading again new RO server, and this issue is still there.
I already did the alt+tab then return to RO solution but it doesnt work
I tried reinstalling all RO and downloading updated KRO/Sakray etc but it doesnt work either
Someone please help me! I dont know if this issue is only happening because i use windows8.1

If you are playing on iRO can you please state the name of server you are playing on? 

Have you tried to play on Full-Screen mode?

I haven't played iRO yet but i already downloaded it. It just happened that this issue caused me a lot of trouble  I tried full screen mode but nothing happned

I usually right-click anywhere (desktop) before pressing "Play" and after alt+tabing when this happens, maybe that can help you.

Same with me.. Need help too.. Around mid year this year it was fine. Then I didn't play until today. After run the patch, I can't click anywhere in the game.

What to do?

Fadreus00, which server are you playing on? Classic or Renewal?

even i am facing same problem  in renewal i dont know to slove this problem.  VmodCInnamon please help me cant click any thing in game need use alt +f4 and come back to game.

Where you doing anything special in-game when the mouse issue occurred?
See if toggling Mouse Exclusive helps, the option is found at Setup.exe.
