Yes, used lots and my wand still sucks...it should always improve the stats dam.

Yeah.. I regret tring to revamp mine.... Lost 120 scad but gained 3k hp... Not worth it IMO.... Ill just buy a good stat one ingame, since it seems MDC will be here for a month. No point tring to get decent re roll....
