I've accumulated aforementioned amount and I'm wondering what would be the best gear for a solo MvP asura Champ/Monk... Please help

Not sure if you could spend that much on one character alone .. unless you buy things from player-merchants who sell things for several mils. (This char might turn into a get-supplies-for-other-characters slave)
Depending on your Stats, you might want to consider Knuckles or a Carded Mace.
Stunner is pretty popular amongst Acolyte classes, as it has decent-ish ATK and it, well, can stun the monster.
Combo Knuckle is also a good weapon, if you are a Knuckle/Asura Build. (Actually, I can't remember if Trifecta Blow, etc, work with maces ..)

For Gear .. well, the Morrigane Set could be helpful or Morpheus Items (Hood, Shawl, Bracelet and Ring)
Otherwise get some decently defenses equipment with Cards and stick them with various cards (like Picky or Succubus, Zerom and Mantis)

Currently I'm using a VVS Wind fist with Buckler [0]

My Monk has most of his points into intelligence, as that's what I hear increases Asura Strike damagae. Hence why Morpheus items are good?

When is the soonest I can begin fighting MvPs? I am level 85...
