How would I achieve the highest speed possible? What item combination do I get? I literally don't care about any other stat.

 

 

i have Herme's Set as well as Azure Gala Gloves and Polly Balloon, at the moment, for IM pieces, and willing to change to better options as I save up gold.

I also know Mutisha Shoulderguards are probably the best pads for MS, but I'm not sure.

 

Help me out here.

 

 

Aram's Earring of Wisdom: 8% MS

2 set bonus [rare] Van Cliff: 15% MS

2 set bonus Aram Perseverance: 12%

2 set bonus Ruvius' Speed: 10%

3 set bonus Anukus: 14%

4 set Heirloom Bone Dragon: 25%

Shoes of Black Dragon Lord: 13%

Heirloom Karkharous Gloves: 8%

Dark Lord's Cape: 5%

Boost Backpack [Signus]: 8%

 

 

Wondering about PoS set, or shoes. Haven't done the quest, so can't see them.

- Ryvius' Earrings of Verdure give 10% MS 

- Heirloom Karkharous Gloves give 8% MS, but they're really rare atm

- the 4-set effect of the Heirloom Bone Dragon set gives 25% MS for any class, also really rare atm. You could go top, bottom, helmet and cape for example.

- Mutisha's Shoulderguards are indeed the best ones for MS

- 1, 2, and 6 star Lava Necklaces give 10% MS

- for shoes you could go Undead Bone/Secmathian and try to get 10% MS soulcraft on them

- you can also switch out the Hermes set for a Purple Wizard Wings + any god shoe with 10% MS soulcraft combination in the future and keep the Hermes helmet. (10,5% more MS than Hermes set)

- entering specific information on your character card can give you a 10% MS bonus aswell, here is a list with what you need to enter.

I won't recommend the full Hermes Set for Movespeed since you can't soulcraft the shoes. Instead of the wings you could get Purple Wizard Wings and for the shoes you could get Artifact IM shoes with +10% Movespeed soulcraft. Here would be "my" build:

 

IM:

- Hermes Helmet (+5%)

- Purple Wizard Wings (+17.5%)

- Azure Gala Gloves (+7.5%)

- Artifact Shoes (+15%) + (10% SC)

- Earring of Unity*

- Ring of Unity*

- Belt of Unity*

- Bracelet of Unity*

- Necklace of Unity* (+3% from 5-Piece Set Effect)

- Community Ring/Dragon Fellowship Ring (+5%/+3%)

- Balloon (+5%)

 

= +68%/+66%

 

As you can see, the combination of Purple Wizard Wings + soulcrafted Artifact shoes and the Hermes Helmet (17.5+25+5=47.5) would give more than the full Hermes Set with the Set effect (10+7+5+15=37)

 

 

Normal Equipment:

 

- Heirloom Bone Helmet*

- Heirloom Bone Top*

- Heirloom Bone Pants*

- Heirloom Bone Muffler* (+25% from 4-Piece Set Effect)

- Hero POS Shoulder (+18%)

- Heirloom Karkharous Gloves (+8%)

- Hero Secmathian Shoes (+15%) + (10% SC)

- 1/2/6 Star Lava Necklace (+10%)

- Ryvius' Earring of Verdure (+10%)

- Rare Lanov Belt of Fortitude*

- Rare Count Van Cliff's Ring of Fortitude* (+15% from 2-Piece Set Effect)

 

= +111%

 

Misc:

 

- Medal (f.e. Legend of Combo or similar) (+15%)

- Character Card (+10%)

 

= +25%

 

 

Final Movement Speed increasement = 68%/66% + 111% + 25% = 204%/202%

 

 

If there is something incorrect or anything to add for getting more Movement Speed, just let me know. I tried to mention everything I got in my mind.

 

 

//Edit: Forgot to mention the +13% from the Ninja Passive 'Dodge Master' and +15% from the Assassin skill 'Storm Stepping' =+28%. Also switching into Ninja Frenzy increases your Movement Speed by +60 Movement Speed (in other words = +40%)

To be honnest I still don't know what's the max level for expanding since I only have a level 9 and 8 expansion atm. If anyone here knows what's the maximum level, it would be great to share the knoweldge.

 

Supposedly it's 2.0, and going any higher would not only be complete overkill, it would also be excruciatingly painful to reach (the first few expansions seem to have a 1 / (1+level to reach) success chance and I assume it goes even lower than that for the higher levels, imagine a lv.15 one...).

 

The wiki was stating lv.10 is the maximum, too, but that's as much as I know.

Dot snail is not always available, a similar case with appreciation ring. Not everyone can have it right away.
On the other hand, I mean maple is always available, red dotted snail is not always available.

I have one more question, though. I can get Heirloom gloves instead of cape, and Signus backpack instead of Heirloom Karkharous gloves for the same MS, and both seem easier to get.

Should I still go the other option for potentially better stats? I haven't seen Heirloom cape, so I don't know what stats those give.

I believe it would be better to use the signus backpack, since it gives extra agi and C.Damage and heirloom Bone muffler just gives def.
But I really wonder what's better...

   In this case, I chose myself Heirloom BD Cape because it gives DEF like what already been said, and the DEF differences between Signus and Muffler is quiet 2k+ around, Signus Back gives 8%, 15% CD, and some AGI, to me it doesn't worth much because I could simply get more CD and AGI from other soulcrafts or gear. Unless you're trying to stack as much CD as possible

any clue how much movement speed do rare secma shoes for ninja give?for some classes rare secma give more than hero so yeah.and hero give 15% which is more than bdl or whatsoever.

3 Set [Hero] Undead Bone Dragon Gloves/Boots/Bracelet(this set can be a bit of a hard time to get and its expensive, around 10-13kg)

 

Just switch around 3/3 set to 4 set of Heirloom Bone Dragon set for a Ninja and use Secma boots

 

Lava Necklace that gives movment speed( number 2 one i think) super cheap.

 

Lanov Belt with the Ring, from Van Cliff Basement

 

Arams earring and ring, Peservance i think its called(not in game atm so i dont exactly know)

 

Boost pack(signus)

 

Mutisha shoulders enchanted with FOKING MOV SPEED MAN   

 

Cash gear:
 

Froggy cat hat or use Hermes if possible, cat hat being the best choice

 

Purple Wizard Wings(can be alot expensive, around 30k or more gold)

 

Any God boots with Movment speed as soul craft option(10%)

 

Azure gloves

 

Squid or Bird balloon(santa or normal both is the same)

 

Husky for president Neck and Face

 

All else slots you can use any set, try to go for max HP% (god sets)

 

And last: Medal/Char card

 

Uber Combo/Legend of Combo medal

 

And for character card look up a guide on internet or i can link one later on so you get 10% mov speed as they give, this quests starts at a normal guard close to the Board in PoW that's also really close to Steven .Jr
