I've been playing for ages(well forum account is new, but not WarpPortal or RO accounts), and have bought WP before.

 

I stopped playing for a while then recently came back and now I am unable to purchase it saying I need to go through a "First-Time Verification" which is ridiculous because I've bought before.

 

I tried two methods and it said to wait for an email for verification, but I have yet to receive it on both methods [Card and Paypal]

I sent a support ticket under the tag for "First Time Verification" on 11/29 and I have yet to receive a response from anyone.

 

What do. I can't buy any WP. I'm not getting my verification emails. Support not responding. Help.

Hello,

 

you can also use Xsolla to pay (at least as a temporary solution). Xsolla offers many different payment options for every country (including card and paypal) and no first-time verification is needed.

 

You said you don't get an answer from our support team. If you have a ticket number feel free to PM it to me and I will ask what's the matter with it.

Ah I see, I wasn't sure what Xsolla was or how to use it, and I didn't see the option for it there.
