i have 2 accounts :

 

- steam acc
- warpportal acc

 

tell me plz :

 

How i can log in warpportal's client (downloaded from browser) with log and pass from steam acc?

When you download the client through steam, a popup appears to enter a new WarpPortal name and password. Use that.

Ok now what happens if you already have a WarpPortal account and don't want to make a new one because you already have a character on it? I can't find an option to just link the accounts

There is no option to do so. This is one of the major gripes players have had about the steam integration on all of Gravity's titles. You can bypass it by going into your steamapps folder and just opening UPDATERUSA.exe, but it defeats the point of using steam.
