Hello dear Dragon Saga Players

 

Im new in this Game, but I played a few years the german version Dragonica.

 

Could you tell me all the Abbreviations that you know?

At beginning I was a little confused about "S" and "B" in tradings for "sell" and "buy", it could be german for "Suche" und "Biete" =D

 

But I saw a lot of letters in the chat, with witch I cant do anything :/ so maybe you could tell me the Insider Informations

Usually, "LF" stands for "looking for...", "T" for "trade/trading", "VR", "FV", "HoP" and "DV" are short for the few tactic defense modes (F7)... I can't remember any other right now. Maybe adding what you're looking for to your post (through editing) would help.

 

And you can always ask ingame !

I would like to add:

 

WTB : Want to Buy

WTS: Want to Sell

 

POW: Port of the Winds (Hafen der Winde)

 

1kg = 1000 gold

 

IM = Item Mall

IM points = Item Mall Points (the real cash currency on this server here)

 

 

More doesn't come up to my mind right now. But if you have more questions, feel free to ask in the game.

SS = star stones (galaxia)
Blue scroll = insurance scrolls
Yellow scroll = reinforced insurance scrolls
MM = mission map
Noob = Mike (jk)
PH = perfect hunches
Bean/JB = Jack's Bean
(Xp)Pots = (experience) potions
Lock = a combo of skills that will not allow your opponent to escape in pvp
Spam = do a skill, dungeon, or mission multiple times in succession
EW = Emporia wars (guild pvp tournament)
Bsq = battlesquare

I'll add a few more if I can think of any while I'm at work

BSQ = Battle Square (Group PVP)

IS = Insurance Scroll (blue one)

RIS = Reinforced Insurance Scroll (yellow one)

CS = Cash Shop

 

MB = Mixboard ( for costume mixing in the IM)

BW = BigWheel (for costume parts wheeling "gambling" in the IM)

Here are the equipements abreviations :

•ME = Mist Elf
•NO = New Origins
•BD = Bone Dragon (Undead Bone)
•BDL = Black Dragon Lord
•PoS = Protector of Stars
•GB = Ghost Buster
•Pads = Shoulderguards
•OP = OverPowered
•X-Spam Class = Earth Master | Destroyer | Invoker

Additional notes :

•Heirloom refers to "old" equipements.
•On level 60 and above equipements, 3 different level of equipements can be found, which are [Normal] ; [Rare] and [Hero]
•Shop = Market
•JK = Just Kidding, in case you didn't understand Mike.

Edit :

Here are some dungeons and fields/maps :

•VR = Valid Raeth (Rokko - Lvl.40 +)
•FV = Forgotten Village (Bubobubo - Lvl.50 +)
•HoP = Haven of Peace (Avice - Lvl.60 +)
•DV = Dragon Valley (Prokrell - Lvl. 70 +)

These 4 maps, are - like it was said earlier - used for F7 (Tactical Defense mode.)

By the way, most of the players call some dungeons/maps by their boss name. Here are some exemples :

•Magma Dungeon (Lavalon)
•Verdorous Forest (Ryvius)
•Kundara Dungeon (Aram)
•Verglas Ridge (Kryos)

I hope you won't get lost by learning every words used in this game, since there's plenty, and a lot of them are used at high level, it doesn't matter if you are more or less "noob" in DS vocabulary.
