After the patch 597 I cant see any clan logo in game, and my folder "clanmark" in Rose Online is empty. And I keep recieving constantly a message in game "CClanMarkTransfer::SavezipFileFromServer - CreateFileError". Anyone can help me with this problem?

Perform a 'check all' on the launcher before you start the game. It's the little » symbol next to start.
If that doesn't fix it, then something in your client has become corrupted beyond a patch repair and will probably need to perform a fresh install.
