During Rebel sakray there were +14 refinement avaiable :v, and yet not kvm at +14 is better than the new guns :v just the grenade launcher by a bit

Most of other Pistol becomes obsolete when they introduce Crimson Revolver to iRO. Not sure when we would get them but,

ATK increase by (Refinement lv * Refinement lv)

+5 ATK per 10 base level above base level 70,

Type : Pistol ATK : 100

Weight : 100

Weapon lv : 3

Lv req : 70

You need to provide the gun weapon.

Oda usually does it during maintenance because no one is online.

Things can't be added to your account if you're online, so just make sure you're not vending because they usually won't knock you offline if you are.
