just spent 35 dollars on enriched elus and even used 2 safe to 10 certs and STILL failed getting my drooping edga hat to +10. swear to fking god they regularaly make refine rates take a nose dive to scam us out of money. i absolutely refuse to believe my luck could be that bad to blow though 40 dollars worth of refining and get literally no where. theres no fking way. there HAS TO BE something going on here.

The rates have been tested and double checked so many times as to be redundant. %s don't change. The production team actually can't change them without doing some serious wtfery behind the scenes and honestly, I don't think they can do it without source access anyway.

 

You're just very unlucky. We all go through phases like that. It's natural to see trends where none exist because it's just human nature, but believe me - the rates are same as they've ever been.

 

10% chance to hit +10 btw. Even with Safe 10 certs you'll be failing an average of 9 times before you roll the winning numbers.

1elu box to get Pom and FAW +9 and 2 HD Elu to get them +10.

If you really have bad luck, its much cheaper to buy from other players. I've been doing this since I spent 6 enriched boxes and couple extra ores to +9 my rosa shield. Its been +9 since  then because I've never dared try +10 it. It is the only gear along with CK stays at +9 that I bring in WoE.

I just buy gear +10-12 unless there is a enchant I must have on it only thing I dare to upgrade is costumes now lol

Never upgrade anything to +10 unless it's bind on account.

Otherwise you'll end up like me who spent 20k WPE to make attempts to a +10 CEB only to end up with a +7.

I used to spend US$ 200+ with Enrich and Cshop items every month. can tell you I still don't have so many +10 items. Now I only pay for my vip. good luck though

With enriched and hd ore, it takes on average around 5k kp to upgrade an armor to +10. If you only spent $35 and expect a +10 you're expecting to be lucky, since that's below the average cost. So your luck was by no means 'that bad' and your scenario is not uncommon at all. I don't know how many actual attempts you had going from +9 to +10, but remember that failing 9 times before succeeding once is an average and not a guarantee.

The best bang for your buck is just buying other dude's upgraded gear during enrich season and sell the ores for zenny, unless you're doing an account bound gear.

The more Cost effective way that you should have chosen was to use that 35$ + the extra stuff to get Zennies and then buy off the item that's already +10, i'm not saying to RMT, go the legal way by providing KP items, etc. in every game that has RNG stuff, gambling sucks, if you lose, you could lose way more than your money.

Today i made a +11 White Drooping Eddga Hat out of my existing +9 Drooping Eddga hat

 

Here are the ingredients which i used:

 

7 HD Carniums

2 HD Elus

17 Enriched Elus [To bring it up to +9 from +8....it went all the way down to +5]

 

and I made my +7 Temp Str boots to +9 with 6 enriched elus...

 

Last month, I managed to make 2 +10 Weapons from +0 with 1 box of enriched ori,

8-9 safe certificates and about 9 HD Oredicons

 

So..

I dont think that enriched hammer is a scam

maybe you were having a bad day is all....
