I asked multiple people they all failed to say this. Why otherwise would i burn that amount of cash for something that isn't going to work? because i like to bleed money? Yea no.

People will quit because of it, specailly new players that otherwise had no issue with burning 1000's of euro's through the year on games like league of legends / world of warcraft.

Yea seems like a really good system for making money. Not. Happy consumers are.

I find it strange that some of you won't even acknowledge that this system could be a lot better/fairer/more legal. When was the last time you gave a nice Korean man 100 dollars? Never? unless the game is committing fraud (it's not, reading is fundamental) their practices are legal in its applicable jurisdiction.

That's one way of looking at it. The way I see it the US government just hasn't caught up with the times. It's just like all these cyber crimes going on. Just because I'm gambling for a useless piece of code doesn't mean I'm not gambling.

Technically it is gambling. However you don't need to pay them a dime to do the exact same thing, you could always work hard and buy the items needed from someone who has paid money ^

You have no chance of getting to plus 9 or 10 on an armor or level 4 weapon. None. The only way to do it is with safe certificates and the kafra shop. If you somehow do have the zeny to spend on doing it through the prontera blacksmith, the only reason you have that much in game currency is because you already spend real money on the kafra shop. It's all just like buying online poker chips. You see how Blizzard and them don't have this system? That is because they operate in America. The only reason this is even allowed to exist is because the game was made by a shady Korean company and was given an international server for some reason as an afterthought/conniving scheme to scam more money out of people.

Got 2 box of e. elu and decided to try E-Hammer again. End up with 1 +9 HBP, 1 +5 HBP & 1 +7 FAW. Seriously FU EH, I hope you die choking on those e. elu. This retarded guy even make my HBP go down to +3! WTF is wrong with this dude...

Too much QQ in one thread. If RNGesus shows you the finger, stop there and try later. Or just buy the +9 items with the money you would spend to make them.

In the past week I managed to +10 4 gears and +9 several others with about 6 boxes of enrich and 2 HD ore boxes. And I'm left with a couple +5s with a couple ores to spare. So.. whatevs. If you feel your luck isn't that good, stop refining and just buy it off another player. (Unless its a KVM weapon, in which case your F'd).

my luck is alright with Enriched Hammer, but idk why it is so hard to +12 my kvm (with Mighty Hammer NPC obviously) . more than +200 HD brads and still +10. takes like 50 HD brads to just to  +11 it =(
