Hello, I would like to report a bug with regards to getting one of Santa's 9 Reindeer. If you try to ask NPC Guide Eva, she will give you a lovely rose quest in your quest log to begin with, but in reality that lovely rose is the Jingle Bells.

 

After you submitted the 5 Snow globes, 5 Baubles, 5 Tinsels, 5 Stars, and 5 Mistletoe to NPC Guide Eva she will give you next the Jingle Bells in your quest log which in reality is the Deck the Halls, so on and so forth.

 

This quest requires level 70, for newcomers, this will make them piss and feel frustrated.

 

The sequence of the quest log is not in proper order, please fix this immediately as it give confusion to players.

Most are having the same problem. And somehow, even [Mayor]Darren is not giving any Christmas quest at all.

I managed to finish the quest yesterday's night before I slept and received the reward but then again, the quest will surely bring confusion, specially, to new players. I know many of you are excited to receive the rewards but how can you pursue finishing the quest if the quest itself is confusing/disorderly and also add those players who finished the quest and yet not giving any help/assistance.

 

For those of you can't still finish the quest, I'm willing to help. Just pm me here, or you can whisper me in-game GranCazador I'll be online probably at 9 pm Philippines time, I'm still here at my work now.

Im confused about this part of the quest:   Deck The Halls

• Starting NPC: [Guide] Eva
• Reward NPC: [Guide] Eva
• Level Requirement: 70
• Objective: Look for clues to the whereabouts of the sleigh and collect 50 Mistletoe, 100 Tinsels, 40 Baubles and 30 Stars.

I managed to collect 50 Mistletoe, 100 Tinsels, 40 Baubles and 30 Stars and NPC eva still does not recognize my quest as finished.

I told both Genesis and Leo about this earlier today. It seems that all of the Christmas quests are showing on the quest log as Halloween quests and it's very confusing.  It's possible to complete some of them (like the one from Evil Bob) but the one from Eva would be pretty tough to do without being able to refer to the quest to check what you need etc.

 

I'm sure they will get it fixed soon.

You need to look and get the clues to the whereabouts of the sleigh. You can find the clue in Mount Eruca also, top level map, go up in the stairs until you reach the top then position at the middle, look in your quest log now, you should get now the clue. I can't specifically point the location because I'm still here at my work. I wish and I hope you find someone in-game to assist you, good luck!
