I haven't played RO in 6 or so years. I have a level 72 priest. I can't really find any parties at all. Not sure how I should level. I heard about exp quest. But I have no idea how to find them. If someone could let me know where I can look to do exp turn ins?

The repeatable exp quests are kill quests/item turn ins up to level 85. On Ymir, you won't really find many parties for the kill count part (unless you are in a guild/have friends to ask, etc), but you can gather/buy the items and get some levels that way.

Leveling as a priest there are new options nowadays, you can use Mercenaries to kill for you. But for kill quests, they don't give you credit (but its helpful). They can get quite expensive though.

Most priests nowadays party in Anubis, either solo or in a party. If you solo you can Res-bomb them or Turn Undead, whichever you prefer (Lex Divina should probably be used as well since their Sonic Blow can be lethal to low hp priests). Anubis can be painful but give a lot of experience. This is also where Mercenaries could come in to help (if you have high level ones) as they can defend you from other monsters you don't/can't kill down there or if you have a 99 one you can kill mainly with that.
