There is he rate it states when reinforcing, and the rate it actually is when you reinforce.

idk i want craft foc armor for my protector to +15 so need know rates

It should be 100% all the way to +15 with the current 50% bonus. Make sure to screenshot before each reinforcement incase you encounter the break bug. The piece has a chance of breaking with a 100% success rate and will require a support ticket to restore.
With non-event rates, they linearly go from 100% to just above 50% to +15. I broke 5 chest pieces and spent over 5 million lant trying without event or item mall.

Don't SS anything, just reinforce until u have 100% chance, move ur azz and +15 since there is 72%.

P.S: You can buy +1% success chance xeons from Nova Lux.

i never bother with SSing

ive lost 1 item so far in 5 years of reinforcing gear.

twice have had it bug where it was 100% chance but it did not reinforce.

 

if you are losing items left and right, its your fault. you arent paying attention and it wasnt 100%
