As Mike wrote above, I advise you to use the "Edit" function to remove your account's information from your first post ; trying a few passwords when one already has the ID might be very easy to some.

No one on the forums can help you. 

The decisions of the GM team can only be explained by the GM team.

 

If you want to know why your account has been banned (we had several real money traders the last days for example) you should submit a ticket to our support team to clarify the situation.

I thought the reason was already obvious, for myself I am Viet-speaker so I know. No need to ask GM why you got banned, just submit ticket to ask for unban your account, no need waste time asking for the reason.

It is very obvious these days that players are trying to get around the rules by using languages different from English in the trade chat. But when doing this most of them forget that while they are doing this there are

 

- Players who can natively speak their language and are that fair to report these guys

- GMs or me might be in the background reading this stuff. And since we are not out of the world we have the same access to online-translators as everyone else. It's really easy to learn keywords used in non-English languages which are used for rule breaking

 

As VinylDorayaki did, I don't call out the reasons for a ban in the public, because it's not fair and also against the rules but you should be aware of the reason yourself. If not I would recommend you to read our account policy you agreed to when creating your WarpPortal again.
