doomguard have stun immunity so good against sins brutal scud but inferno have critical chance buff and 2 stuns aoe & single and fear immunity good agaisnt berserker or warlord so tank and survive in pk server or dps and kill easy mobs

Both. First of all, you aren't going to use inferno critical buff, you have to get 100% CC (or SCC, depends on ur build). For PvP, you are going to use doomguard only for the AOE stun (you will use that at the start of a fight) and then use inferno.

PvE I would use the battlemage tree e_e

If you don't want (or u builded physical) then full inferno.

Btw I suggest to stay magic builded, (max rage of bugs, very useful for pve and for pvp use it after you used doomguard AOE stun, for the "combo" xD), and use inferno/doomguard only in pvp for stuns (just skill their stuns).
