Today I had carelessly destroy 1 Undead Bone Katar +10. Is there a way to help me retrieve it. Help me!!!

If this is the first time you ever ask to retrieve an item, send a ticket through the support, choose the right section for your ticket ("Item-related issues") and fill in the page with as much information as you can give regarding the item you destroyed.
Your ticket should be answered within 48 hours, sometimes a few hours. Be patient, and send only one ticket !
If you already asked to recover an item, buy an "item recovery request" in the IM shop before sending a ticket. It might be less expensive to enchant another undead bone weapon though.
