These are just some random suggestion, not calculated at all:
+13 Isabella Red Ear
Pegasus Ear Wing
Odacious Balloon
Armor with agility switching card (If you have high luk)
FAW max ASPD
+12 Temp Agi AD4 with any random enchant
2x Bakonawa Tattoo
Rudra/Archangel ASPD+1
+9 Athletic Shadow Set
+7 Physical Shadow Earring
+9 Rapid Shadow Pendant
ASPD Pot (Awake or Berserk)
Enriched Celermine
Guarana Candy
Agi food (+10 and +20)
VIP buffs

If those are not enough, add Lord Knight card and/or Doppelganger card (can be stacked also)

Yes, I did with my ranger before. Can't remember all the gear, but it's not that hard nowadays

 

Bako x2 (20%)

Doppel Card (10%)

+12 Small Poring Band (8% and +1 aspd)

FAW  (24% with AD3 x3)

Enrich Celermine (10%)

+12 Temp agi boots (22%)

Pegasus Ear Wing (3%)

Costume Wings (+1 aspd)

Costume Quve Mask (10% while it's effect is on)

Odacious Balloon (1%)

Shadow Gear...

 

There are a few more things of course.

for what class? a maestro can get max atkspd easily with berserk guitar

for rk : + 10 and up alca bringer. g rings or bako tats . +20 foods .conce. beserk ..awakes. isabella red ears and agi buffs

for gx :+ 9 and up gbr can max you up to 193

Try this on your GX:

 

Perf ASPD FAW = +16% (Put the +1 flat aspd aside for now)

2 pcs Bakonawa Tattoo = +20%

2 +9 Glorious Flamberge = +20% (any other Job can replace this with a double Doppel card compounded weapon)

+9 ASPD enchanted Temporal AGI boots = +19%

Loki's Mask (lower -10% atk) =+10%

+ 9 rapid shadow pendant = +4%

+7 rapid shadow earring = +3%

pilir's pinion = +2%

+9 Mercury Riser = +7%

Total = 101% aspd delay reduction, you should arrived at 192~193 (+1 flat aspd should make this happen). If not, Just use an Awakening Potion and E. Celermine.

if you have 100% aspd with gear you will reach 193 always.

only not if under any state that decreases aspd %
