Is it a Requiem Bug or is it a Windows 10 problem - All screenshots are completely white - no images?

Uninstalled Requiem to see if it would fix the problem- it did not. Screen Shots are still blank :'( Please help!!

It's been an issue since the game came out. It's actually an easy fix like most problems since release in Requiem.
